MY BELIEFS


I genuinely believe that it’s possible to find a balance between family, career, exercise, and nutrition if we work on our inner strengths - through mindfulness and awareness, and our body's possibilities - through exercises and real nourishment.


My search for a real and sustainable balance in life made me discover the importance of respecting our bio-individuality about nutrition and lifestyle, which resonates with my belief that no diet fits all. 

 

Everyone is different, and to promote a sustainable change toward the healthiest version of ourselves, a broader approach is required. As a Health and Nutrition coach, my goal is to guide people to their unique well-being style, whether through diet adjustments, awareness of food behaviors, or healthier lifestyle choices.

 

 

MY WORK


Life is a journey and health is our path into it. This path can be smoother or rougher depending on how we face our active role in it.


It may be easy to understand this general concept, but we may struggle to change familiar, comfortable habits or connect our daily choices to the silent and cumulative effects that they have on our overall well-being.

 

The essence of my work is to investigate the possible causes that are preventing a person from achieving her health goals. Whether it is due to pro-inflammatory eating - eating sensitivities, gut imbalances, hormonal issues, inappropriate eating behaviors as a way to cope with stress - "emotional eating", lack of physical exercises, or the difficulty in connecting to the present moment - Mindfulness.

 

Self-knowledge is the key puzzle piece of our health. And the best way to achieve optimal health, both physical and emotional, is by finding a practical and healthy daily routine that takes into account our physiological individuality and fits into our present moment of life.

MY TRAINING

 

I graduated from the Institute Integrative Nutrition, where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.  

 

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
