MY MISSION
The essence of my work is to investigate the possible causes that are preventing a person from achieving her health goals. Whether it is due to pro-inflammatory eating - food sensitivities, gut or hormonal imbalances, unhealthy eating behaviors as a way to cope with stress - "emotional eating," lack of physical exercises, or the difficulty in connecting to the present moment (Mindfulness).

Using the lens of functional nutrition and integrative health, my approach search for the roots of your imbalances (digestive, hormonal, or emotional) to help you address the real causes and not only the symptoms.
To help you to achieve your goals and find a sustainable and balanced lifestyle, during our sessions, we will approach:
- Your diet and everything that is connected to it: quantity and variety of essential nutrients, hydration, anti-inflammatory foods, food sensitivities, gut, and hormonal imbalances, mainly linked to PMS, perimenopause, and menopause
- Your routine and your time management so that you can have more free time for self-care.
- Your stress levels and your relationship with food, if you tend to "eat emotionally" often. My goal is to help you change automatic habits that are not good for you and create new ways to deal with your stress and emotional triggers differently.
