This is a special Protein Almond Butter Bites to have a healthy nutrient-dense option for an afternoon snack.
If you have a sweet taste bud, It's worthy of trying!
1. In a bowl, mix together the almond butter and the hot water;
2. Add all the other ingredients to create a creamy combination.
3. Add more hot water or the sweetener of your choice if needed.
4. Pour the mixture in 6 silicone muffin cups and freeze for at least 3 hours.
5. Keep the cups in the freezer until you eat them. Before enjoying, let them rest at room temperature for a few minutes so they can become creamy again.
