Ingredients
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon flaxseeds (optional)
Toppings: 100% maple syrup, banana, blueberries
Directions
In a medium bowl, mash banana.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat skillet, spray with oil, and cook pancakes 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden.
