Almond Butter Brownies


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Lilly’s Sweet Chocolate (chocolate bar or chocolate chips)
  • 2 scoops collagen (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl until you have a thick batter.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Once all ingredients are fully mixed, fold in chocolate (if using a bar, break it into large chunks).
  6. Pour batter into baking dish.
  7. Bake for 28–30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
