About Carla Righi

Technical knowledge, real-world experience, and deep listening.

Carla Righi is a Functional Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, focusing on women going through the hormonal changes of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

Her approach combines science, personal experience, and listening skills to help women over 35 better understand their bodies, diet, gut health, hormones, and daily routines.

Before caring for other women, Carla needed
to learn to listen to her own body.

Before pursuing a career in Integrative Nutrition, Carla built a career in the corporate world, with a degree in Law, a specialization in Business Administration, experience in large banks, and in the executive aviation market.

For many years, she lived an intense routine, marked by goals, responsibilities, travel, pressure, and little time to take care of herself. As happens with so many women, her body began to give signals.

Migraine attacks, abdominal pain, stress, anxiety, bowel changes, and a difficult relationship with food were all part of her own story. Later, motherhood and her son’s health challenges further deepened her search for answers.

It was during this journey that Integrative Nutrition ceased to be an old passion and became part of her professional mission.

Today, Carla looks at women’s health with the empathy of someone who knows, in practice, the impact that routine, stress, hormones, gut health, and emotions can have on the body.

Solid training for more comprehensive care.
